Role Overview

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, acquiring customers/members, promoting the organization's products and services, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets through field visits and direct customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and local market activities.
- Acquire new customers/members and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Explain and promote the organization's products and services to prospective customers.
- Conduct regular visits to customers, businesses, institutions, and other potential clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify additional business opportunities.
- Collect and verify required customer/application documents as per company policy.
- Coordinate with branch, operations, credit, and customer-service teams for smooth processing.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, applications, and sales activities.
- Follow up on pending applications, payments, renewals, or recoveries where applicable.
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the reporting manager.
- Identify competitor activities and emerging business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, customer-protection requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, local events,



and customer-acquisition activities.

Qualifications

- Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
- Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
- Freshers may be considered depending on the organization's requirements.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, banking, NBFC, insurance, microfinance, FMCG, or a related industry.
- Experience in customer acquisition or financial-product sales will be an advantage.

Compensation

Salary: ₹[Amount] per month
Incentives: Performance-based incentives in addition to fixed salary
Travel: Travel allowance/reimbursement as per company policy

Job Requirements

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Candidates should be comfortable with direct customer interaction and field-based work.
- Solid focus on achieving assigned targets while maintaining professional and ethical conduct.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
