Sales Manager

Location: Sector 74, Mohali, Punjab

Salary: Up to ₹50,000/month

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Requirements:

- 5+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in B2B sales/business development.
- Previous experience in a Sales Manager, Sales Lead, or similar role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong experience in lead generation, prospecting, outbound sales, and client acquisition.
- Experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Strong understanding of the complete sales cycle.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of revenue targets.
- Immediate or short notice period candidates will be preferred.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Mandatory hands-on experience with:

- LinkedIn – Prospecting and B2B lead generation
- Apollo – Lead generation and prospecting
- Clay – Lead enrichment and prospect research
- Upwork – Project hunting, proposal submission, and client acquisition





Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business targets.
- Generate and qualify leads through multiple outbound channels.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-ups.
- Handle client negotiations, proposals, presentations, and deal closures.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, lead quality, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
