Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and energetic Field Marketing Executive to promote Youngness Centre by Dr. Awish, generate new leads, build local partnerships, and increase patient visits and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote the clinic's dermatology, aesthetic, cosmetic and healthcare services in the local market.
- Visit nearby clinics, salons, gyms, hotels, corporates, societies and other potential partner locations for business development.
- Generate new leads and convert them into appointments and consultations.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, doctors, influencers and referral partners.
- Conduct promotional activities, campaigns, health camps and awareness activities.
- Distribute marketing materials and represent the brand professionally.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customer segments.




- Coordinate with the internal sales and marketing team for lead follow-ups.
- Maintain daily visit reports, lead records and conversion reports.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly lead-generation targets.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Field Marketing, Sales, Business Development or similar roles.
- Experience in Healthcare, Dermatology, Aesthetic, Cosmetic, Beauty or Wellness industry will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Confident, energetic and target-oriented personality.
- Positive knowledge of the local market.
- Ability to travel locally for meetings and promotional activities.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and reporting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
