CIVIL FOREMAN – JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in civil construction

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities at the site.
- Allocate work to workers and ensure proper utilization of manpower.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Monitor masonry, concreting, plastering, shuttering, and other civil works.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, quality standards,



and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and other site teams.
- Monitor work progress and report daily site activities to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.
- Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available as required.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
- Maintain valuable housekeeping and enforce site safety practices.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
