Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Complaints & Queries

Location: Vasai / Office-based
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days)
Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary Range: Best As Per Industry

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to customer complaints and service queries
- Understand customer issues and provide accurate and timely resolutions
- Coordinate with internal departments to close complaints within TAT
- Maintain proper call notes and update customer details in CRM




- Ensure high customer satisfaction and professional communication
- Follow company SOPs and escalation matrix

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate
- Good Hindi communication (English basic required)
- Customer-friendly attitude with problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, calling systems)
- Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
