Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Expert to manage and grow our online presence. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing digital campaigns, generating quality leads, improving brand visibility, and driving customer engagement for our domestic and international travel services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for the company.
- Plan and manage campaigns across Google, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Run and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads for lead generation.
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL, conversions, and ROI.
- Develop strategies to increase website traffic and online enquiries.
- Conduct keyword research and support SEO activities.
- Manage Google Business Profile and improve local online visibility.
- Analyse competitors and identify digital marketing opportunities.
- Create monthly digital marketing reports and performance insights.
- Coordinate with the content and creative team for campaigns.
- Develop lead-generation strategies for travel packages and corporate travel services.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform changes.

Eligibility:

- Graduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Google Analytics,



and social media marketing.
- Experience in lead-generation campaigns is preferred.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to understand campaign data and optimize performance.
- Knowledge of Canva, WordPress/Wix, or basic creative tools will be an advantage.

2. Social Media Content Creator

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly creative and energetic Social Media Content Creator who can bring travel experiences to life through engaging photos, videos, reels, stories, and creative campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for creating content that increases brand awareness, engagement, enquiries, and followers across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create engaging Instagram Reels, Facebook content, YouTube Shorts, stories, and posts.
- Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Create travel-related videos, destination content, package promotions, offers, and informative content.
- Visit destinations, events, hotels, and activities when required to capture original content.




- Shoot and edit short-form videos using mobile or professional equipment.
- Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, VN, or similar software.
- Create attractive graphics, carousels, posters, and promotional creatives.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, and CTAs.
- Research trending sounds, formats, hashtags, and travel content ideas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns for travel packages.
- Monitor social media performance and suggest content improvements.
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all social media platforms.
- Cover company events, client experiences, tours, and promotional activities.

Eligibility:

- Graduate or pursuing a degree/diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Design, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in social media/content creation preferred; talented freshers may apply.
- Robust understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and short-form video trends.
- Good photography and videography skills.
- Strong video editing and creative design skills.
- Knowledge of Canva and video-editing software.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for trends and visual presentation.
- Willingness to travel locally for content shoots.
