Job Summary

We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator with relevant hospital experience and excellent communication skills to coordinate patient care, assist patients and attendants, and ensure smooth coordination between patients, doctors and hospital departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and assist patients throughout their hospital journey.
- Handle patient and attendant queries professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate appointments, consultations, investigations and follow-ups.
- Act as a liaison between patients, doctors, nursing staff and hospital departments.
- Guide patients regarding procedures, billing, investigations and other hospital services.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments, reports and treatment schedules.
- Address patient concerns and coordinate with the concerned department for timely resolution.
- Maintain proper patient records, follow-up details and coordination reports.
- Support patient admission, discharge and transfer coordination when required.




- Ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.
- Coordinate with front office, billing, pharmacy, laboratory and clinical departments.
- Handle patient feedback and escalate issues appropriately.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow hospital policies.

Candidate Profile

- Any Graduate; healthcare/hospital management qualification will be an added advantage.
- 1–3 years of relevant hospital experience is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and patient-handling skills.
- Pleasant personality with a service-oriented approach.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with doctors and multiple hospital departments.
- Good computer knowledge and documentation skills.
- Should be comfortable working in a hospital environment.

Pay: ₹11,873.77 - ₹29,304.52 per month
