- Attend to patients and walk-in clients professionally and courteously.

- Understand patients' concerns and provide appropriate information about clinic treatments and services.

- Explain treatment procedures, packages, pricing, benefits, and expected outcomes clearly.

- Counsel patients and help them make informed decisions regarding suitable treatments.

- Convert enquiries and consultations into appointments and treatment plans.

- Follow up with leads, enquiries, and previous patients through calls and WhatsApp.

- Maintain proper records of patient enquiries, consultations, follow-ups, and conversions.

- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, PMU artists, nurses, and clinic staff for smooth patient handling.

- Ensure a positive patient experience from enquiry to treatment and follow-up.

- Handle patient queries and concerns professionally and escalate medical or technical concerns to the concerned doctor/management.





- Inform patients about appointment schedules, treatment preparation, aftercare, and follow-up requirements as instructed by the doctor.

- Achieve assigned counselling, appointment, and sales/conversion targets.

- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow clinic policies and protocols.

- Ensure proper grooming, skilled communication, and adherence to clinic standards.

- Prepare daily/weekly reports related to enquiries, appointments, follow-ups, and conversions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
