Site Engineer – Civil

Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer – Civil to supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
- Execute civil works according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and workers.
- Check construction quality and ensure work meets required standards.
- Monitor manpower, materials and equipment at the site.
- Take site measurements and maintain measurement records.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Coordinate with the project manager and other engineering teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Identify site issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Check material requirements and coordinate with the purchase/store team.
- Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures at the site.
- Maintain site documentation,



checklists and inspection reports.
- Conduct quality inspections for concrete, brickwork, plastering, flooring and other civil works.
- Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety at the construction site.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and construction drawings.
- Knowledge of quantity estimation and measurements.
- Good knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering and finishing works.
- Ability to manage contractors and site workers.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to prepare site reports and maintain documentation.
- Knowledge of construction safety and quality standards.
- Ability to work under project deadlines.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with 3–5 years of experience in residential, commercial, industrial or PEB construction projects will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits

₹25,000–₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and skills. Extra benefits may include travel/petrol allowance, PF/ESI, accommodation and other project-related allowances depending on the company.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
