About the Role

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused Telecaller / Telesales Executive for our real estate office in Greater Noida. The candidate should be fluent in English, comfortable communicating in Hindi, and skilled at converting property enquiries into qualified leads and site visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and handle incoming property enquiries.
- Understand customers’ budgets, preferred locations, property requirements, and purchase timelines.
- Explain property options, prices, payment plans, and availability accurately.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Follow up consistently with interested customers through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain accurate lead records, call notes, and follow-up schedules in CRM software or Excel.
- Work towards agreed targets for calls, qualified leads, and site visits.
- Build positive customer relationships and support the sales team throughout the enquiry process.

Required Skills and Qualities

- Minimum 1 year of relevant telecalling or telesales experience.




- Fluent spoken English with clear pronunciation and professional communication.
- Good Hindi communication skills.
- Strong listening, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of real estate terminology and the Greater Noida property market.
- Ability to identify serious enquiries and recommend suitable property options.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools.
- A polite telephone manner, patience, and confidence when dealing with customers.
- Robust follow-up discipline, time management, and attention to detail.
- A target-oriented approach and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
- Honesty when sharing property information, with no misleading claims or commitments.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience handling real estate leads, arranging site visits, and working with property sales teams will be preferred.

Salary: Based on experience and interview performance.
