Grey Matters is looking for an IELTS Trainer cum Centre Manager who can take ownership of teaching, student progress and the centre’s daily operations. We need a responsible, proactive person who can work independently and ensure the centre runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach all four IELTS modules: Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking.
- Plan lessons, conduct mock tests and provide individual feedback to improve students’ band scores.
- Manage batch schedules, student attendance and progress records.
- Handle student enquiries, counselling, demo classes and admission follow-ups.
- Coordinate fee follow-ups and maintain accurate admission and payment records.
- Resolve routine student concerns and maintain a skilled learning environment.
- Coordinate with other staff and ensure classes and daily tasks are completed on time.
- Submit daily updates on enquiries, admissions, student progress and operational issues.
- Take initiative to improve student satisfaction, admissions and overall centre performance.

Requirements

- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong understanding of the IELTS test format and assessment criteria.
- Previous IELTS teaching experience preferred.
- Good counselling,



organisational and team coordination skills.
- Ability to take responsibility and complete tasks without constant supervision.
- Graduation in any discipline; an IELTS score of 7 bands or above is preferred.
