- Workflow Management: Assign daily tasks, manage staff schedules, and monitor output to meet operational goals and deadlines.
- Team Leadership & Coaching: Train recent hires, onboard staff, provide regular performance feedback, and support professional development.
- Policy & Safety Enforcement: Ensure compliance with company regulations, internal policies, and workplace safety standards.
- Conflict Resolution: Mediate team disagreements, handle operational friction, and address behavioral or performance issues promptly.
- Communication Liaison: Relay updates and expectations from senior management down to frontline workers, and report team performance metrics back to leadership
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
