We are looking for a Pre-Sales Technical Intern with a technical mindset and strong communication skills. The candidate will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and help recommend suitable IT solutions and training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable technical solutions.
- Explain IT products, courses, and solutions to potential clients.
- Conduct requirement discussions through calls, meetings, and online platforms.
- Coordinate with technical and internal teams to prepare suitable solutions.
- Prepare and share basic proposals and solution information.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate records.
- Stay updated with basic IT technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
- B.Tech/B.E. graduate or final-year student.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of IT concepts.
- Strong learning ability and problem-solving mindset.
- Confident in speaking with clients.
- Freshers are welcome.
