ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a hybrid site and billing role for a civil construction professional with practical knowledge of execution, measurements, quantities, BOQs and billing.

The engineer will work closely with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, clients and consultants to ensure that work executed at site is correctly measured, documented, billed and coordinated.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support and supervise day-to-day civil works and site execution.
- Read drawings, BOQs and specifications and carry out quantity take-offs and site measurements.
- Prepare and process client RA bills and subcontractor bills based on executed quantities.
- Track BOQ, executed and billed quantities and maintain accurate measurement records.
- Assist with rate analysis, material reconciliation and project cost tracking.
- Coordinate measurements and billing with clients, consultants, subcontractors and project teams.
- Monitor structural, finishing, hardscape and external development works as applicable.
- Maintain essential site,



progress and billing documentation and highlight discrepancies to the Project Manager.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 1 year of relevant civil construction experience in billing and/or site execution.
- Working knowledge of client & subcontractor billing, BOQs, quantity take-offs and RA bills.
- Ability to read civil, structural and architectural drawings and take accurate site measurements.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
- Valuable understanding of site execution, rate analysis, material reconciliation and quantity tracking.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Experience in one or more of the following will be an advantage: structural/RCC works, finishing works, hardscape and external development, commercial construction, institutional projects, industrial works or turnkey civil construction.

Knowledge of CPWD/DSR specifications and rates will also be advantageous where applicable.

Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
