Accountant Vacancy – Hindi Explanation

Paras MotoCorp India Pvt. Ltd. में Accountant की आवश्यकता है। हमें ऐसा educated और experienced Accountant चाहिए जिसे practical accounting का अच्छा knowledge हो और जो independently काम संभाल सके।

Salary candidate की knowledge और experience के अनुसार ₹23,000 से ₹28,000 CTC तक होगी।

₹25,000 CTC → लगभग ₹20,800 In-Hand
₹28,000 CTC → लगभग ₹23,800 In-Hand

Final salary candidate के experience, skills और interview performance के आधार पर तय की जाएगी Key

- Immediate Joiner preferred
- Candidate को Wednesday तक interview attend करने के लिए available होना चाहिए।
- Candidate को Tally, GST, TDS, BOM और accounting का practical knowledge होना चाहिए।
- केवल theoretical knowledge वाले candidates की बजाय hands-on practical experience वाले candidates को preference दी जाएगी।

Candidate को इन चीजों का अच्छा Knowledge होना चाहिए:

- Tally Expert – Tally में Stock Maintenance और BOM (Bill of Material) Creation
- GST – GSTR-1, GSTR-3B और GSTR-2B Reconciliation
- TDS – Form 26Q, 24Q, 16/16A और TDS Reconciliation
- Book Keeping और day-to-day accounting
- Bank Reconciliation
- RTGS, NEFT,



IMPS और Bulk Payments
- Cheque Management, Vendor Payments और Customer Receipts
- Inventory & Production Accounting – Raw Material, Finished Goods, Stock, Material Consumption, Production, Job Work और Scrap
- Purchase & Sales Accounting
- AP/AR – Vendor/Customer Reconciliation, Ageing, Outstanding Follow-up, Debit/Credit Notes और Invoice Management
- Payroll – Salary Processing, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Bonus, Gratuity और Attendance Inputs
- Return Filing और statutory compliance का practical knowledge
