Salary: ₹10k – ₹25k per month (₹1L – ₹3L per year)

JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Architect to join our dynamic team. We welcome fresh B.Arch graduates who have completed their internship, as well as candidates with up to 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will assist in the design and development of architectural projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design Development: Assist in creating architectural designs and detailed drawings using CAD or equivalent software.
- Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements and present design proposals.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with senior architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Documentation: Prepare construction documents, specifications, and budgets.
- Site Visits: Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Research: Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, materials, and building codes.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- Experience:
Fresh graduates who have completed their architecture internship, or up to 2 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit), solid design and visualization skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge: Understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction processes.

TECHNICAL SKILLS
