We are a Corporate Promotional T-shirts & Garments Manufacturing Company looking for a confident, energetic and customer-focused In-House Sales Manager to join our team.
The candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, communicating with existing and potential customers, understanding their requirements, preparing quotations and coordinating with our production team to ensure smooth order execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing client calls professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels.
- Generate new sales leads and follow up with potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements regarding T-shirts.
- Prepare and share quotations with clients.
- Follow up regularly with existing and prospective customers to convert inquiries into orders.
- Maintain solid relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams regarding customer orders.
- Keep clients updated about order status, production timelines and delivery.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, quotations and sales.
Age Limit : 18-35 years
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
