We’re Hiring – Sales Executive / Sales Representative / Telecalling

Finalrope Soft Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team.

Location: Mohali / Chandigarh / Punjab
Work Mode: On-site
Experience: Freshers with robust communication skills can apply; prior sales experience is preferred.

What You’ll Do

- Make daily calls to potential and existing leads
- Understand customer requirements and explain our software/products
- Attend and manage incoming leads
- Follow up with prospects regularly
- Maintain daily sales and follow-up records
- Track lead status and move prospects through the sales process
- Build strong relationships with potential customers
- Work towards daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with the internal team for demos, onboarding and follow-ups

What We’re Looking For

- Excellent Hindi/English communication skills – mandatory




- Confident and professional speaking skills
- Good follow-up and convincing abilities
- Comfortable making daily calls and handling customers
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Good basic computer knowledge
- Any educational qualification is welcome
- Previous experience in sales, telecalling, SaaS, software or B2B sales will be an advantage

Preference: Candidates based in Mohali, Chandigarh, Kharar, Zirakpur and nearby areas are preferred.
