We are hiring a passionate Academic Counsellor to guide students and parents in planning their study abroad journey. The role involves counselling, lead handling, and converting enquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel students and parents on overseas education opportunities
- Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses/countries
- Handle incoming leads (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins)
- Follow up and convert leads into admissions
- Maintain proper records and update CRM
- Coordinate with admission and documentation teams

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills in English & Malayalam
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM)
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
- Freshers can apply (training provided)
- Experience in counselling/sales is an added advantage

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Friendly, patient, and student-focused approach
- Comfortable interacting with students and parents
- Immediate joiners preferred

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Work Location: Kochi
