Xpedia Holidays is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting and billing processes, preferably with experience in the Tour & Travel industry.

The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, package costing, payments, vendor/agent settlements, billing, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Handle billing, invoicing, payments, and receipts.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Manage tour package costing and ensure accurate calculations.
- Handle vendor and travel agent settlements.
- Track outstanding payments and follow up when required.
- Reconcile accounts, invoices, and payment records.
- Coordinate with vendors, agents, and internal teams regarding financial transactions.
- Maintain proper documentation of all accounting-related activities.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.




- Support the team with other accounting and finance-related tasks when required.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience in the Tour & Travel industry is preferred.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Experience with accounting software and billing systems.
- Knowledge of package costing, vendor payments, and settlements.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant office tools.
