Eidos Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Executive to handle sales and market development for our Tropic 23 Hair Cleanser and Hair Masque range.
The selected candidate will be responsible for increasing product sales, developing relationships with salons, cosmetic stores, pharmacies, distributors and other potential retailers, and expanding the presence of Tropic 23 in the Dehradun market.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate sales and achieve assigned monthly targets.
* Visit salons, pharmacies, cosmetic stores, retailers and potential business customers.
* Introduce and demonstrate Tropic 23 Hair Cleanser and Hair Masque.
* Develop new retailers, dealers and distribution opportunities.
* Maintain robust relationships with existing customers.
* Take orders and regularly follow up with customers.
* Identify new areas and opportunities for increasing product sales.
* Provide regular updates regarding sales, customer feedback and market activity.
* Monitor competitor products,
pricing and promotional activities.
* Support promotional campaigns and product sampling activities when required.
Candidate Requirements
* Good communication and convincing skills.
* Confident and presentable personality.
* Strong interest in field sales and business development.
* Ability to independently approach and develop new customers.
* Previous experience in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, hair-care, FMCG or salon product sales will be preferred.
* Knowledge of the Dehradun market will be an advantage.
* Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
* Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Compensation
Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and capability.
Additional Incentives: Performance-based sales incentives can be offered over and above the fixed salary.
