NSB Bangalore is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Admissions Counsellors / Senior Admissions Counsellors to join our admissions team for MBA and BBA programmes.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents on programmes, eligibility, fees, careers and admission process.
- Handle and follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email and walk-ins.
- Guide students throughout the admissions journey from enquiry to enrolment.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned admission and conversion targets.
- Coordinate campus visits, counselling sessions and admission activities.
- Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to improve lead conversion.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1+ year of experience in admissions counselling, education sales, student recruitment or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling, follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated and proactive.
- Comfortable working with CRM and digital communication tools.
- Candidates with experience in MBA & BBA admissions will be preferred.
