The Hindi Faculty will be responsible for teaching Hindi as per the CBSE curriculum, developing students' language skills, conducting assessments, and maintaining an effective classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Hindi for Classes V to VIII according to the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, teaching materials, and classroom activities.
- Develop students' Hindi grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills.
- Teach Hindi literature and language concepts appropriate to the students' level.
- Conduct tests, assignments, examinations, and regular assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Provide additional academic support to students who require it.
- Encourage students to improve their Hindi language and communication skills.
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Maintain academic records and submit reports on time.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, competitions, and co-curricular activities.
- Coordinate with other teachers and the academic team.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of relevant teaching experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hindi or a relevant qualification.
- Strong knowledge of Hindi grammar, literature, and language.
- Valuable understanding of the CBSE curriculum.
- Excellent spoken and written Hindi communication.
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.




- Good lesson planning and assessment skills.
- Ability to use digital teaching tools will be an advantage.
