Key Responsibilities
- Handle and follow up with leads related to Credit Transfer, Study Abroad & Domestic Admissions
- Make outbound calls and understand students’ requirements
- Provide relevant information and coordinate with counsellors
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status
- Convert enquiries into qualified leads/admissions
- Achieve assigned calling and conversion targets
Requirements
- Relevant experience in Telecalling / Education Consultancy is mandatory
- Experience in Credit Transfer, Study Abroad or Domestic Admissions will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Solid follow-up and student-handling ability
- Target-oriented and self-motivate
Location: Ernakulam, Kerala
Salary: ₹18,000 + Incentives
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
