Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit MEP.
- Prepare detailed electrical layouts, services, equipment, containment, and coordination models.
- Create and manage Revit families as per project requirements.
- Develop models up to LOD 400/500 standards.
- Perform BIM coordination and identify/resolve clashes using Navisworks Manage.
- Coordinate electrical services with architectural, structural, mechanical, and plumbing disciplines.
- Prepare shop drawings, construction documentation, schedules, and quantity take-offs.
- Follow project-specific BEP, BIM standards, and QA/QC procedures.
- Support BIM Coordinators/Team Leads in project execution and deliverables.
- Ensure models and drawings are accurate and delivered within project timelines.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in Electrical BIM Modeling.
- Strong proficiency in Revit MEP.
- Positive knowledge of electrical systems and construction practices.
- Experience in LOD 400/500 modeling.
- Knowledge of Revit Family Creation & Management.
- Working knowledge of Navisworks and clash detection.
- Experience with GCC/Middle East projects is an advantage.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field.
