We are looking for an experienced and proactive IB MYP Coordinator to lead and coordinate the Middle Years Programme (MYP), ensuring effective curriculum implementation, assessment practices, interdisciplinary learning, and alignment with IB standards and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the planning, implementation, and continuous development of the IB MYP curriculum.
- Ensure effective alignment of the MYP framework with school curriculum and academic objectives.
- Coordinate curriculum planning, interdisciplinary learning, assessment, and reporting across MYP grades.
- Support and mentor teachers in implementing IB MYP approaches, concepts, and assessment practices.
- Conduct regular curriculum reviews and ensure compliance with IB requirements.
- Coordinate MYP-related documentation, policies, meetings, and academic records.
- Facilitate career development and training for MYP teachers.
- Monitor student progress and support effective assessment and feedback practices.
- Coordinate with school leadership, teachers, students, and parents on MYP-related matters.
- Support IB authorization/evaluation processes and maintain required documentation.




- Promote inquiry-based learning, international-mindedness, and student agency across the MYP.
- Stay updated with IB policies, standards, and programme developments.

Requirements

- Strong understanding of the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) framework.
- Prior experience working as an IB MYP Coordinator / MYP Leadership role preferred.
- IB MYP workshop/training certification is preferred.
- Strong curriculum planning, coordination, and teacher-support skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school leadership.
- Experience in an IB World School will be an advantage.
