About the Role

Admexo is expanding its Cost Per Lead (CPL) vertical and looking for driven professionals to join our Sales and Delivery team in Noida. If you understand performance marketing and enjoy owning the full cycle — from closing clients to delivering results — this role is for you.

Job Responsibilities

- Sales: Prospect and onboard clients for Cost-Per-Lead (CPL) campaigns across sectors like finance, education, and real estate, negotiating CPL rates and closing retainers.
- Sales: Understand client lead requirements, pitch the right campaign structure, and own client relationships to drive account growth.
- Delivery: Execute and monitor CPL campaigns across digital channels and publisher networks, ensuring lead quality, volume, and cost targets are met.
- Delivery:



Filter and validate leads before delivery, analyze data to improve conversion, and share regular performance updates with clients.

What We're Looking For

- Experience in lead-gen sales, affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or CPL campaign delivery.
- Solid grasp of CPL campaign structures and lead quality metrics.
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation and reporting skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proven ability to consistently hit targets.
