About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Senior SEO Specialist to join our team in Sulur, Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, a strong understanding of modern SEO strategies, and a proven track record of improving organic search rankings, traffic, and conversions.

This position is strictly for experienced SEO professionals. It is not suitable for freshers, beginners, or candidates with only basic SEO knowledge.

The successful candidate must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, take ownership of SEO activities, identify opportunities, implement strategies, monitor results, and continuously improve organic search performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, search visibility, rankings, and conversions.
- Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and search-intent analysis.
- Perform on-page and technical SEO audits and implement necessary improvements.
- Optimize website content, product pages, category pages, landing pages, titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking, and structured content.
- Develop and execute off-page SEO and link-building strategies while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Monitor Google Search Console, Google Analytics/GA4, and other SEO tools to identify opportunities and issues.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, indexing, crawling, backlinks, and other important SEO KPIs.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues affecting website performance and search visibility.
- Develop SEO strategies for e-commerce websites and product/category pages.
- Work closely with content writers and other team members to develop SEO-friendly content.




- Analyze competitors and identify opportunities to outperform them in organic search.
- Keep up to date with Google algorithm updates, SEO best practices, and industry trends.
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports and clearly communicate results, issues, and recommendations.
- Take complete ownership of assigned SEO projects and deliver results with minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- 3–5+ years of professional, hands-on SEO experience.
- Proven track record of achieving measurable SEO results is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of On-Page SEO, Technical SEO, Off-Page SEO, Local SEO, and E-commerce SEO.
- Strong understanding of keyword research and search intent.
- Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics/GA4.
- Experience with professional SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of website structure, indexing, crawling, canonical tags, redirects, sitemap, robots.txt, internal linking, and other technical SEO concepts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of Google search ranking factors and SEO best practices.
- Fluent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Ability to write, review, and communicate professionally in English.
- Hindi language knowledge will be considered an additional asset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Must be comfortable working with minimal supervision and taking ownership of SEO responsibilities.

What We Are Looking For





We are looking for someone who can take ownership of SEO rather than simply follow instructions.

The candidate should be able to independently analyze a website, identify SEO problems and opportunities, develop a strategy, implement changes, measure the results, and recommend the next steps.

A proven portfolio or documented history of SEO results is highly desirable and may be requested during the interview.

- 3–5+ years of relevant SEO experience is required.
- Proven SEO results and hands-on experience are mandatory.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Hindi language skills are an asset, but not mandatory.
- Candidate must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Candidate must be willing and able to work on-site in Sulur, Coimbatore.
- Candidates who cannot regularly work from the Sulur, Coimbatore location should not apply.

Compensation

Salary: Competitive salary based on experience, proven SEO skills, and previous results.

Candidates with a strong proven track record may be considered for compensation above the standard range.
