Key Responsibilities:

- Provide 24x7 support for IAM tools like Saviynt, Active Directory, and CyberArk.
- Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
- Troubleshoot login and access issues.
- Monitor and maintain security-related systems.
- Work with business users and development teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain documentation and provide reports on system health.

Required Skills:

- 4–5 years in IAM support/implementation.
- Experience with tools like Saviynt, CyberArk, Okta, or SailPoint.
- Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, JavaScript) and basic DevOps tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
