Key Responsibilities

- Prepare BOQs, quotations, cost estimates, and sales proposals.
- Prepare basic AutoCAD drawings and rough sketches as required.
- Coordinate with clients for enquiries, requirements, quotations, and sales follow-ups.
- Coordinate with vendors for BOQ, product features, pricing, and technical requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, project managers, and other agencies.
- Prepare client presentations and assist in explaining products and solutions.
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Project, Purchase, and Accounts teams.
- Manage sales documentation from enquiry to order confirmation and project handover.
- Maintain records of leads, quotations, follow-ups, orders, and project status.




- Prepare sales reports and perform other sales coordination activities as assigned by management.

Required Skills

- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of BOQ, quotations, AutoCAD, and sales processes.
- Solid client and vendor coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and PowerPoint.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Experience in Home Automation, ELV, Building Automation, Electrical/Electronics, or related industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
