- Team Management: Supervise, guide, and coordinate nursing staff to ensure smooth departmental operations.
- Patient Care: Ensure high-quality nursing care, patient safety, and patient satisfaction.
- Staff Scheduling: Manage duty rosters, shift allocation, attendance, and staff availability.
- Clinical Supervision: Monitor nursing procedures, medication administration, and patient monitoring.
- Training & Development: Train junior nurses and support staff on clinical protocols and hospital procedures.
- Documentation: Ensure accurate maintenance of nursing records, patient files, and clinical documentation.
- Infection Control: Ensure compliance with infection prevention, hygiene, and patient safety protocols.
- Coordination: Coordinate with doctors, hospital departments, and other healthcare professionals.
- Emergency Management: Support the nursing team in handling medical emergencies and critical situations.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure compliance with hospital policies, nursing standards, and applicable healthcare regulations.
Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
