- Guide students to choose suitable courses based on their academic background and goals.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, messages, and meetings.
- Maintain student records and counselling reports.
- Handle inquiries (walk-ins, calls, online) and maintain follow-ups
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Education/Management preferred).
- Experience in counselling or front office/administration roles preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
