About the Role:

Admexo is expanding its Cost Per Action / Install / Registration (CPA / CPI / CPR) vertical and looking for driven professionals to join our Sales and Delivery team in Noida. If you understand performance marketing and enjoy owning the full cycle — from closing clients to delivering results — this role is for you.

Job Responsibilities:

- Sales: Onboard app and web clients for Cost-Per-Action (CPA), Cost-Per-Install (CPI), and Cost-Per-Registration (CPR) campaigns, negotiating payouts and finalizing agreements.
- Sales: Pitch performance-based solutions tailored to client acquisition goals and build a strong repeat-client and referral pipeline.
- Delivery: Run and optimize CPA/CPI/CPR campaigns across ad networks and publisher partners, monitoring installs, actions, and registrations in real time.




- Delivery: Work with mobile attribution/tracking tools to validate data, flag fraud or quality issues, and deliver weekly performance reports.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience in app marketing, performance marketing, affiliate sales, or mobile/app campaign delivery.
- Working knowledge of CPA/CPI/CPR models and mobile attribution basics (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust).
- Strong communication, pitching, and closing skills alongside an analytical mindset.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask across several live campaigns.
