Key Responsibilities:
Manage monthly payroll processing
Handle employee attendance, leave, LOP, and working hours
Maintain payroll records and employee data
Manage salary calculations, deductions, and Full & Final Settlements
Support PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and statutory compliance
Resolve payroll-related employee queries
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in Payroll / HR Operations
Hands-on experience in attendance and payroll management
Knowledge of MS Excel and payroll software
