Job Summary

- Design and maintain scalable Grafana dashboards for real-time monitoring ofinfrastructure , applications and business KPIs
- Integrate Grafana with a wide range of data-producing systems , including infrastructurecomponents , application telemetry sources and cloud service monitoring endpoints toenable unified and real time visualization of operational metrics

• Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, and development teams to identify critical metrics andKPIs.• Develop and manage alerting systems using Grafana Alerting• Implement RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and dashboard sharing policies.

- Automate Grafana configurations using provisioning via YAML/JSON and APIs.
- Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting of visualization queries.
- Maintain and upgrade Grafana instances (on-premises or Grafana Cloud).
- Train and support internal teams on using and customizing Grafana dashboards.
- Extensive experience in creating variable, value mapping , overrides and dynamicdashboards to enhance user customization.
- Expertise in data Transformation and expert in various transformation functions.
- Worked on various type of plugins to integrate data from various source

6.Cloud Platforms: AWS (CloudWatch, ECS, EKS), GCP, Azure Monitor
7.Database Integration: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch
8.Security & Access Control: OAuth, LDAP, SSO integration with Grafana

Skill Requirements

- 10+years experience
- Created and managed various Grafana dashboards across multiple environments.
- Set up centralized observability for microservices architecture using Prometheus and Grafana.
- Integrated Grafana with AWS CloudWatch and custom REST APIs for business metrics visualization.
- Led migration from legacy monitoring tools to Grafana-based observability stack.
- Developed custom plugins and Grafana panels using React and backend APIs.
- Implemented multi-tenant Grafana deployment with fine-grained access control.
- Improved incident response time by 30% through intelligent alert routing and Dashboarding
- Proficient in writing complex queries across multiple Language: PromQL,KQL/DQL and SQL
