Job Title: Technical Lead & Full-Stack Developer
We are looking for an experienced and responsible developer who can independently handle the complete technical development and maintenance of our mobile applications and software projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain our logistics and delivery applications
- Build Customer App, Driver App and Admin Panel
- Develop backend, APIs and database systems
- Integrate payment gateways, maps, notifications and other APIs
- Fix bugs and improve application performance
- Handle testing, deployment and future updates
- Manage Android/Play Store app releases
- Develop new software features and business applications
- Maintain GitHub repositories and technical documentation
- Take complete responsibility for technical development
- Guide and manage future technical team members
Required Skills:
- Flutter / Android app development
- Node.js or similar backend technology
- REST APIs
- PostgreSQL / Firebase
- React / Web Admin Panel
- Git / GitHub
- API and payment gateway integration
- Basic cloud deployment knowledge
Experience: 2–5 years preferred
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on skills and experience
Location: Bengaluru
Candidates with experience in logistics, delivery, marketplace or on-demand applications will be preferred.
