Job Summary

Rexnord Electronic & Controls Ltd. is looking for a skilled 2D & 3D Designer Engineer with hands-on experience in Siemens NX software. The candidate will be responsible for creating and modifying 2D drawings and 3D models, developing detailed engineering designs, and supporting the engineering and manufacturing teams with accurate design documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and modify 2D engineering drawings and 3D models using Siemens NX.
- Develop detailed mechanical designs as per engineering requirements and specifications.
- Prepare component, assembly, and manufacturing drawings.
- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and design requirements.
- Make design modifications and revisions based on engineering and production requirements.
- Ensure drawings and 3D models meet required dimensional and engineering standards.
- Generate accurate dimensions, tolerances, sections, and detailed views in 2D drawings.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Purchase, and Engineering teams for design-related requirements.
- Support prototype development and resolve design-related issues.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, models, revisions, and engineering documentation.
- Ensure designs are practical and suitable for manufacturing and assembly.




- Follow company quality procedures and engineering standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Siemens NX is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of 2D drafting and 3D modeling.
- Understanding of mechanical components, assemblies, manufacturing processes, and engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of GD&T;, tolerances, fits, and basic engineering standards will be an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Experience

Experience: 1–5 years in 2D/3D Mechanical Design or a similar role.

Candidates with strong practical knowledge of NX CAD software and experience in manufacturing/design environments will be preferred.

Salary: As per experience and industry standards.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
