Unit Head – Hospital Operations & Business Development

Location: Kozhikode, Kerala

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Unit Head to lead hospital operations, P&L;, business development, and overall unit performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead day-to-day hospital operations and team management.
- Own P&L;, revenue, EBITDA, and cost optimization.
- Drive business growth, referrals, and patient volumes.
- Monitor KPIs, MIS, and operational performance.
- Lead hospital commissioning and new department/service launches.
- Manage manpower planning, recruitment, and resource optimization.
- Coordinate with Insurance/TPA teams and prevent revenue leakage.
- Drive NABH quality standards and patient experience improvement.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Robust experience in hospital operations and unit management.
- Experience in multi-specialty/tertiary care hospitals preferred.
- Solid leadership, P&L; management, business development, and team-handling skills.
