Role Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our Campus Hiring Process. The intern will be responsible for coordinating with colleges, engaging with students, supporting recruitment drives, and assisting the TA team throughout the campus hiring cycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the end-to-end campus recruitment process.
- Coordinate with TPOs, placement officers, and college representatives.
- Reach out to colleges and students for hiring drives and opportunities.
- Source and engage candidates through various channels.
- Share job descriptions, registration forms, and recruitment-related information with candidates.
- Coordinate and track student registrations, assessments, interviews, and selections.
- Maintain and update candidate and campus hiring trackers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, documentation, and joining.




- Assist the TA team with other recruitment activities as required.

Requirements

- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience in recruitments are welcome.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable communicating with students, colleges, and placement teams.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Laptop is mandatory for this role.
- Must have a stable internet connection suitable for Work From Home.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Candidates interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment are preferred.

Compensation & Growth

- ₹5,000 Fixed + ₹5,000 Variable per month for the first 4 months.
- Variable component will be based on performance and achievement of assigned targets.
- Performance-based compensation revision after the initial 4 months.
- Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in campus recruitment and end-to-end talent acquisition.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
