Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, Azure Databricks, Python, SQL, and MLOps. The ideal candidate will develop and deploy production-ready ML and GenAI solutions for enterprise use cases. Healthcare/US Healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy ML, Deep Learning, and GenAI solutions.
- Build end-to-end ML pipelines covering EDA, feature engineering, training, validation, tuning, deployment, and monitoring.
- Develop solutions using LLMs, RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering, document intelligence, and Agentic AI.
- Build use cases such as claim prediction, denial classification, recommendations, summarization, and workflow optimization.
- Develop scalable ML solutions using Azure Databricks, Python, SQL, MLflow, and cloud platforms.
- Implement MLOps practices including model versioning, reproducibility, model monitoring, and drift detection.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to ensure data quality, availability, and scalability.
- Evaluate model performance and continuously improve AI/ML solutions.
- Communicate technical findings and model results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills

- 8–10 years of AI/ML Engineering experience.
- Solid hands-on experience with Azure Databricks.




- Advanced Python and SQL skills.
- Strong experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and MLflow.
- Strong knowledge of Machine Learning, statistical modeling, and production ML systems.
- Experience with Classification, Regression, Time Series, or Recommendation Systems.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and Prompt Engineering.
- Knowledge of Agentic AI and Document Intelligence.
- Strong understanding of MLOps and ML lifecycle management.
- Experience with Git/GitHub and AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot.

Azure & MLOps

Experience with:

- Azure Databricks
- MLflow
- Delta Lake
- Azure Machine Learning
- Azure Data Lake
- Azure Data Factory
- Model monitoring and drift detection
- Feature stores

Preferred – Healthcare / RCM

- Experience in US Healthcare / Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Knowledge of healthcare claims and payment workflows.
- Understanding of EDI 837 (Healthcare Claims) and EDI 835 (Payment/Remittance) is an advantage.
- Advanced GenAI / Agentic AI experience.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience delivering scalable, production-ready AI/ML solutions.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
