The Sales Advisor will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience, understanding customer requirements, providing product recommendations, and achieving individual and store sales targets. The role requires strong communication, product knowledge, customer-handling skills, and a target-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service & Sales

- Welcome customers and provide professional assistance throughout their shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Demonstrate product features, perks, and specifications effectively.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information.
- Drive sales through effective communication, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.

2. Sales Target Achievement

- Achieve individual sales targets assigned by the company.
- Support the store team in achieving overall showroom targets.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into sales.
- Maintain awareness of ongoing offers, promotions, and sales campaigns.

3. Product Knowledge

- Maintain detailed knowledge of products, brands, features, prices, and warranties.
- Stay updated on new product launches and promotional activities.
- Effectively communicate the unique features and value of premium/luxury products.

4. Customer Relationship Management

- Maintain professional relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Record and follow up on customer enquiries and leads.
- Provide appropriate after-sales support and coordinate with the concerned team when required.

5. Store Operations

- Maintain proper product displays and ensure showroom standards are maintained.
- Handle products carefully and follow company procedures for stock movement and product handling.




- Support stock verification and report any discrepancies to the Store Manager.
- Assist with visual merchandising and promotional activities.

6. Billing & Documentation

- Support the billing process and ensure accurate transaction details.
- Ensure customer information, invoices, warranty details, and other required documents are properly maintained.
- Follow company policies regarding discounts, returns, exchanges, and payments.

7. Attendance & Discipline

- Follow assigned shifts, attendance procedures, and weekly-off schedules.
- Maintain proper grooming, uniform, ID card, and skilled appearance.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and showroom discipline.

8. Team Coordination

- Work closely with the Store Manager and other sales team members.
- Participate in daily team briefings and sales discussions.
- Support colleagues during busy periods and contribute to a positive team workplace.

Qualification & Experience

- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Freshers can be considered based on communication and sales potential.
- Previous experience in retail, showroom, luxury products, watches, jewellery, fashion, or premium lifestyle products will be an advantage.
