Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Target Achievement
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Drive sales through customer engagement, upselling and cross-selling.
- Monitor sales performance and take corrective action when required.
- Team Handling
- Guide and support Sales Executives and Sales Assistants.
- Allocate customers/sections effectively during busy hours.
- Motivate the team to achieve targets.
- Monitor staff discipline, attendance, grooming and uniform compliance.
- Customer Service
- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Handle important/VIP customers professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.
- Ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Product Knowledge
- Maintain strong knowledge of products, sizes, fabrics, prices, new arrivals and offers.
- Train junior sales staff on product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Visual & Floor Management
- Ensure proper display, folding, hanging and arrangement of garments.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized and customer-friendly.




- Coordinate with the stock team for size and product availability.
- Stock Coordination
- Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving products.
- Coordinate replenishment of stock on the sales floor.
- Report shortages, damages or discrepancies to the concerned department.
- Reporting
- Prepare daily sales and performance reports.
- Track individual staff sales and target achievement.
- Report key customer feedback and operational issues to the manager.
- Offers & Promotions
- Communicate ongoing offers, discounts and promotional schemes to customers.
- Ensure the sales team properly follows promotional guidelines.
- Team Coordination
- Coordinate with Cashier, Inventory, Tailor, Purchase and Store Management teams.
- Ensure smooth customer movement from selection to billing.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
