Product Copywriter

Job Overview

We are looking for a Product Copywriter with experience in e-commerce, D2C, consumer brands, wellness, beauty, healthcare, or related industries.

The role will focus on creating clear, engaging, and conversion-focused copy across product pages, digital advertising, marketplace listings, product launches, and customer communication.

The ideal candidate should be able to understand complex product information and turn it into simple, accurate, and compelling communication for consumers.

Key Responsibilities

- Write and optimise product detail pages, including product introductions, benefits, ingredient information, FAQs, comparisons, and calls to action.
- Create copy for digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Google.
- Develop product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and other content for online marketplaces.
- Create copy for product launches, landing pages, email campaigns, WhatsApp communication, and marketing materials.
- Review product information, technical references, labels, and ingredient details to create accurate consumer-facing content.
- Translate complex scientific or technical information into clear and easy-to-understand language.
- Work with design, marketing, product, growth, and relevant subject-matter teams to develop and refine content.
- Maintain consistent product messaging and brand communication across different channels.




- Review and improve existing product copy based on customer feedback, campaign performance, and business requirements.
- Ensure product communication is accurate, responsible, and aligned with applicable guidelines.

Required Qualifications

- Experience in copywriting for e-commerce, D2C, consumer brands, wellness, beauty, healthcare, or a related category.
- Strong written English with excellent grammar and attention to detail.
- Ability to simplify complex information while maintaining accuracy.
- Solid understanding of copy structure, headlines, hooks, benefits, customer objections, proof points, and calls to action.
- Ability to write both short-form and long-form copy.
- Strong research and information-gathering skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and communicate product value clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with wellness, healthcare, supplements, nutraceuticals, beauty, or science-led consumer products.
- Experience writing product pages or marketplace listings.
- Experience with advertising or performance marketing copy.
- Understanding of e-commerce customer journeys and conversion-focused content.
- Experience working with multiple teams and incorporating feedback.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
