WE’RE HIRING | WAREHOUSE EXECUTIVE – COMPUTER OPERATOR & PACKING
Location: Gurugram

Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000/month
Reporting To: Warehouse In-charge / Operations Manager

We’re looking for a Warehouse Executive who can manage inventory entries, order processing, packing and dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, verify & record incoming stock
- Maintain SKU-wise inventory, batch & expiry records
- Handle Excel/ERP entries for inward, outward, returns & transfers
- Pick, verify & pack customer orders accurately
- Prepare invoices, labels, packing slips & dispatch documents
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts & courier/transport partners
- Conduct stock counts and report shortages/damages
- Follow FIFO/FEFO, hygiene & protected storage practices




- Maintain an organized warehouse and packing area
- Share daily stock, dispatch & pending-order reports

✅ Requirements

- Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred
- Warehouse / Inventory / Packing / Dispatch experience preferred
- Freshers can apply
- Basic MS Excel & computer knowledge
- Good accuracy in stock, quantity, batch & address verification
- Comfortable with both computer work and routine packing/material handling
- Responsible, organized & team-oriented

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
