JOB SUMMARY
Catalyst Education is looking for a strategic and results-driven Regional Sales Head to lead sales operations and business growth across the assigned region, with Calicut as the base location.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in EdTech sales, multi-branch sales management, team leadership, revenue growth and business development. The candidate should be capable of managing multiple sales teams and driving consistent regional performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage sales operations across the assigned region.
- Drive achievement of regional revenue, admission and business targets.
- Manage and mentor Sales Heads, BDMs, Team Leaders and sales teams.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor branch-wise sales performance,
conversion rates and revenue.
- Identify growth opportunities and expand the company's regional market presence.
- Establish clear sales targets, KPIs and performance standards for branch teams.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and strategic sales meetings.
- Analyze regional sales data, market trends and competitor activities.
- Improve lead utilization, conversion and customer acquisition.
- Support branch teams in handling high-value leads and critical escalations.
- Coordinate with Marketing, HR, Operations and Academic teams for business growth.
- Identify recruitment and training requirements for regional sales teams.
- Build a robust performance-driven sales culture across the region.
- Prepare and present regional sales reports and business forecasts to senior management.
