Job Vacancy – Full-Time Faculty Position: Full-Time Faculty – Hotel Management / Hospitality Gender: Male / Female Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and passionate Hotel Management / Hospitality Faculty to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the hotel industry, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant hotel experience, along with a genuine interest in teaching and mentoring students. Key Responsibilities - Deliver theoretical and practical classes in Hotel Management and Hospitality. - Train students in hotel operations, food & beverage, front office, housekeeping, and related areas. - Share practical industry knowledge and real-world hospitality experiences with students. - Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments. - Conduct practical demonstrations and training sessions. - Guide and mentor students in their academic and professional development. - Maintain classroom discipline and ensure an effective learning environment.



- Coordinate with other faculty members and academic management. - Keep updated with current trends and practices in the hospitality industry. Requirements - Minimum 5 years of experience in the hotel industry. - Relevant educational qualification in Hotel Management / Hospitality / Tourism. - Strong knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality practices. - Good communication and presentation skills. - Passion for teaching, training, and mentoring students. - Both male and female candidates are welcome. - Previous teaching/training experience will be an advantage.
