Responsibilities-

- Generate latest & creative Reel/video ideas based on market trends.
- Create and guide the team on engaging scripts, hooks and storytelling.
- Handle and guide Graphic Designers, Video Editors & Social Media Executives.
- Keep the team updated with latest social media trends, formats and strategies.
- Review content quality and ensure timely execution.
- Monitor competitors and identify recent content opportunities.
- Manage multiple clients and maintain overall creative quality.

Required Skills-

- 1+ years of relevant experience in Social Media.




- Strong creative thinking and script-writing skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & Reels.
- Good team handling and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of current market trends and audience behaviour.S
