Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic, results-driven, and proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, presenting our solutions, and closing sales to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new leads through cold calling, market visits, client networking, and digital channels.
- Handle incoming inquiries, conduct product/service demonstrations, and execute timely follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions to close deals successfully.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Maintain daily sales activity logs, client interaction updates, and lead status reports.
- Coordinate with the internal team to execute local marketing campaigns and brand awareness initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (B.Com, BBA, BA, etc.) or Higher Secondary (12th Pass)



with proven sales drive.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years in direct sales, field marketing, or tele-calling (Motivated freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication in Hindi; functional knowledge of English is an added advantage.
- Core Competencies: Confident personality, strong negotiation abilities, active listening, and basic computer proficiency (MS Excel / Word / Email).
- Mobility: Willingness to travel locally within Hisar and nearby areas; having a two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
