About the Role

We’re looking for a Content Writer & UGC Coordinator to join our growing digital marketing agency.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing social media content, working with UGC creators, following content trends and coordinating digital campaigns.

You’ll work closely with the founder, clients, UGC creators and internal teams to ensure content and campaigns are planned, created and delivered smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Write social media captions, hooks, scripts and UGC briefs.
- Coordinate with UGC creators on briefs, submissions, feedback and revisions.
- Assist with client communication, follow-ups and campaign coordination.
- Track content deliverables, timelines and approvals.
- Research Instagram trends, Reels, competitors and content ideas.
- Maintain creator/client databases, campaign trackers and content assets.
- Support client onboarding, reporting and account management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute digital marketing campaigns.

Requirements

- 1+ year of experience in content writing, social media, UGC, influencer marketing or digital marketing.




- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Reels and short-form video content.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of current social media trends.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Comfortable communicating with clients, creators and internal teams.
- Ability to take ownership and work in a fast-paced agency setting.

Added Advantage

You’ll have an advantage if you are comfortable both behind and in front of the camera.

Experience with UGC videos, Reels, scripting, shooting content or appearing on camera is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
