About the Role

Nidhi Impex is looking for a confident, articulate and customer-focused International Telecaller to handle inbound communication with our US-based clients and business partners.

The primary responsibility will be to receive and professionally handle inbound calls and inquiries related to loose diamonds, jewellery, specific orders, product availability, pricing, order status and other customer requirements.

This is not a traditional cold-calling role. The candidate will not be expected to call every customer simply to sell products. The focus will be on responding to genuine inbound inquiries, understanding customer requirements, providing appropriate information and coordinating with the relevant internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls from US-based customers and business clients.
- Understand inquiries related to loose diamonds, jewellery and specific orders.
- Provide accurate information regarding product availability, specifications, pricing and order status.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal sales, production and order-processing teams.
- Communicate confidently and professionally with US clients.
- Handle customer questions, concerns and order-related requests.
- Support negotiations and commercial discussions when required.
- Follow up on genuine business inquiries and potential opportunities.
- Maintain proper records of customer calls, inquiries and requirements in CRM/ERP systems.
- Ensure timely and professional communication throughout the customer journey.




- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with international clients.

Candidate Profile

- 2–5 years of experience in International Telecalling, US Customer Service, International Sales, BPO, Client Handling or similar roles.
- Excellent spoken English and strong conversational skills.
- American/US accent or a neutral accent with strong familiarity with American communication style will be highly preferred.
- Comfortable communicating with US customers over the phone.
- Strong listening, communication and negotiation skills.
- Skilled and confident personality.
- Ability to understand customer requirements quickly and respond appropriately.
- Experience in the diamond or jewellery industry will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable working the 07:30 PM – 04:30 AM IST shift.

Important Note

This position is primarily focused on inbound customer inquiries and client communication, not high-volume cold calling.

Candidates who can naturally communicate with American customers, understand their requirements and confidently handle business conversations will be given preference.

Compensation

Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate.

We are willing to offer a competitive package based on the candidate's communication skills, relevant experience, US client-handling capability and overall suitability for the role.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
